Crossroads operated in 15,000 SF and 350 seats with 4 services for approximately 8 years (with their new pastor John Snyder) and was running 900 weekly attenders and a $1.1 million budget. In May 2012, they moved to a 45,000 SF building but could only afford to build out 30,000 SF (double previous facility) including 500 seats. By the end of 2012 (7 months), they were averaging 1,500 weekly attenders (500 seats with 3 Sunday morning services and 1 Saturday night service) and a budget of approx $1.6 million. Today, after one year, they are averaging close to 1,900 weekly attenders and are running at a $2.2 million operating income clip. They now have the resources start construction to expand their auditorium from 500 to 1,000 seats...PTL...God will be GLORIFIED.
